Having a special interest in Facial Cosmetic Surgery, Dr Zacharia pursued this by performing a fellowship in 1997 in Beverly Hills with Dr. Harry Glassman and attending with other Plastic and Facial Plastic surgeons (Dr. Frank Kamer and Dr. Steve Hoefflin). At present his practice consists of mostly facial plastic surgery. He perform all facial cosmetic procedures including Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Otoplasty, Rhytidectomy, Endoscopic Browlift and Midfacelift and a wide variety of facial implant/injection procedures. He also performs Liposuction to the body and Breast Augmentation procedures.

Dr Zacharia's desire is to perform all aspects of facial reconstructive work, including post-traumatic and congenital deformities. To this end I have spent time with Dr Dean Toriumi, Facial Plastic Surgeon, Chicago and Dr Gary Burget, Plastic Surgeon, Chicago, both of whom have a vast experience in Rhinoplasty and specifically nasal reconstructive surgery. Most of the cosmetic procedures are performed in accredited private facility in Sydney, The Bondi Junction Private Hospital. He is the recent past Chairman of the Younger Fellows Committee for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons; currently the Vice-President and The Chief Censor for The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery, and this year in May He will be convenor of the ACCS Annual Conference in Gold Coast. Dr. Zacharia will become President of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery in September this year.

Dr Bill Anton is a consultant at PathLab (Australia) as a clinical & nutritional biochemist. As a non-clinical endocrinologist (scientist), he has researched and developed reference ranges for hormones in serum, urine and saliva based on gender and age groups for physiological and supplemented levels relative to anti-aging medicine protocols. He has been instrumental in establishing a number of test panels and profiles for Integrative and Anti-Ageing Medicine. He was a Senior Lecturer and Consultant in Integrative Medicine and the coordinator of the course in Anti-Ageing Medicine at Swinburne University, Graduate School of Medicine, and where he was also involved in Research on Anti-Aging Medicine as part of a PhD. Dr Bill Anton is the Medical Research Director of LifeSource Anti-Aging Clinics in Melbourne and Sydney and has been practicing anti-aging medicine for over 10 years. As a Board Certified Diplomat of the A4M, Dr Bill Anton has been responsible for promoting the field of anti-aging medicine in the USA, Australia, Asia and recently Europe, where he was also appointed as a foundation board member, and a board member of the International Hormone Society and Secretary of the World Society of Anti-Aging Medicine based in Rome. More recently, with the assistance of the A4M, Dr Bill Anton and colleagues established the AustralAsian Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A5M). Dr Bill Anton is also a lecturer and examiner for the European Specialization Course in Anti-Aging Medicine and the USA Anti-Aging Fellowship Program.

Robert Goldman, MD, PhD, FAASP, DO, FAOASM
Chairman, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
 

Dr. Robert Goldman is the co-founder and Chairman of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He has served as Senior Fellow-Lincoln Filene Center, Tufts University, and as an Affiliate-Philosophy of Education Research Center, Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. He is Professor, Department of Internal Medicine at the Central America Health Sciences University of Medicine (Belize). He also holds an appointment as Professor, Postgraduate Studies at Graduate School of Medicine at Swinbourne University (Australia). Dr. Goldman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sports Physicians and a Board Diplomat in Sports Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Goldman conducted three years of independent research in steroid biochemistry and attended State University of New York. His Ph.D. work was in the field of androgenic anabolic steroid biochemistry. Dr. Goldman co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Board of Life Science Holdings; a biomedical research company with over 100 medical patents under development in the areas of brain resuscitation, trauma and emergency medicine, organ transplant and blood preservation technologies; chairman of the International Medical Commission overseeing sports medicine committees in over 170 nations; served as Special Advisor to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports; founded and served as president of the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 
 
 
Ronald M. Klatz, MD, PhD

Dr. Ronald Klatz , who coined the term "anti-aging medicine," is recognized as a leading authority in the new clinical science of anti-aging medicine. Since 1981, Dr. Klatz has been integral in the pioneering exploration of new therapies for the treatment and prevention of age-related degenerative diseases. He is the physician founder and President of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine Inc. Dr. Klentze received his medical degree from the University of Munich Medical School and is board certified in psychiatry and gynecology. He is Medical Director of Klentze Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine In Munich, Germany and is an advisory member of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine for Europe. Dr. Klentze holds membership in the Endocrine Society (USA) and European Committee of Anti-Aging Medicine, German Society of Gynecology and Obstetrics and European Menopause Society. He is the author of several scientific articles on aging-related topics including androgens in women, neurosteroids and the aging brain and vitamins and antioxidants.

 
 
 
Prof Dr Wimpie Pangkahila, MD, SpAnd, FAACS

Wimpie Pangkahila, MD, PhD is a specialist in Andrology and a Diplomate, American Board of Sexology. He is a Professor and Chairman of Center for Study of Andrology and Sexology and Chairman of the Postgraduate Master Program in Reproductive Medicine at the Medical Faculty Udayana University in Bali, Indonesia. He has involved in many studies on sexuality and clinical trials on sexual dysfunction. Dr Pangkahila is recognized as a speaker for scientific society and also for laypeople. 15 books on sexuality have been published. In International Encyclopedia of Sexuality he is noted as one of the contributors. He also hold column on sexuality in several mass media, and is a source on TV talk show program on sexuality.

 
 
 

Prof Dr Alex Pangkahila, MD, SpAnd, Msc

 

Prof Alex Pangkahila graduated as MD from the Medical Faculty Udayana University. He continued to reach his Master Degree in Andrology and Sexology in the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. He is a Diplomat, American Board of Sexology. His PhD degree was reached in the Airlangga University with a dissertation about physical fitness training and sexual fitness. Prof Pangkahila got a special course on physical training and sex Counseling in La Trobe University Australia and Pelvic training and Perrymetry in San Francisco. He is the member of some professional organizations; among others are Indonesian Association of Sexology, Indonesian Association of Andrologist, and Indonesian Association of Sport Medicine. He is also the member of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University.

 
 
 

Dr Desak Wihandini, MD, MSc

 

A lecturer and researcher in Biochemistry and Bimolecular, staff of the Medical Faculty Udayana University. MD graduate from Medical Faculty Udayana University. She achieved her Master degree in Bimolecular in the Gajah Mada University. Dr Wihandini involved in many scientific meeting and studies. She is a member of the Indonesian Society for Free Radical Research and the Indonesian Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Association. She is also the member of the Center of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University. She currently performs a research to compare total antioxidant level in the local (Bali) grape consumption and import grape consumption.

 
 
 

Prof Dr Ketut Suastika, MD, SpPD-KEMD

 

A senior staff of Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Internal Medicine, Udayana University – Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali. Graduate as MD from Udayana University in 1980, then following internship on internal medicine at Airlangga University, Surabaya from 1986-1988. In 1997 was brevetted as Consultant Endocrinologist by Internal Medicine Society, completed PhD program in 2000 at Airlangga University, Surabaya. Also attended short courses on Genetic of Diabetes at Yamaguchi University in 1992, and on Obesity in 2002 at Adelaide Hospital. Are now a professor of medicine since 2002, chair of Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism since 2005, Head of Department of Internal Medicine (from 2002-2006), and Vice-Dean I (for education) since 2006. He has presented hundreds reviews on scientific meetings and publications.

 
 
 

Dr Gde Ngurah Indraguna Pinatih, MSc, Akp.

 

Completed MD at the Medical Faculty Udayana University and then finished his master degree on human nutrition in London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicines, University of London. He is now a lecturer and researcher at the same Faculty. He teaches Human Nutrition for the Medical Student and for the student at the School of Public Health. He is also working voluntarily in East Bali Poverty Project as a consultant on nutrition and health. He involved in a research majoring in Iodine Deficiency, Mother and Child Health sponsored by The Ministry of Health either in the Province of Bali and National Indonesia, UNICEF, Asian Development Bank.

 
 
 

Dr Anak Agung Gde Putra Wiraguna, SpKK

 

Dr Wiraguna is a Medical Doctor, graduate of the Medical Faculty Udayana University. He achieved his specialist degree as a Dermatologist and Venereologist in Gadjah Mada University. As he returned, he works at Department of Dermatology and Venereology Faculty of Medicine Udayana University until now. His primary interest in cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery, skin aging and sexually transmitted Infection. Dr Wiraguna is a Member of the Indonesian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (PERDOSKI). He is the Secretary of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University.

 
 
 

Dr Thomas Eko Purwata, SpS (K)

 

Dr Purwata is a neurologist and consultant in Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular. He graduated from Udayana University as a medical doctor, and achieved his specialization at the Airlangga University. His special interests are anti-aging, pain problem, and stroke. Dr Purwata has published some publication in the medical journals. He currently heads the neurophysiology section of Neurology Department Medical Faculty Udayana University and Sanglah Hospital . He is also a member of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University.

 
 
 

Dr Kornia Karkata, SpOG K

 

Dr Karkata is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, feto-maternal consultant. He is a senior staff of Medical Faculty Udayana University. He graduated as MD from Medical Faculty Udayana University then continued to study Obstetry and Gynecology at the Airlangga University. Dr Karkata had an opportunity to take a course at the John Hopkins Hospital, USA. He has performed some studies and many clinical works in his field. He is also active in professional organization, among others is Indonesian Medical Association, Indonesian Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and Indonesian Association for Secure Contraception.

 
 
 

Dr AAAN Susraini, SpPA

 

Dr AAAN Susraini is a Medical Doctor, specialist in Pathology. She graduated as MD from Medical Faculty Udayana University then continued to achieve her specialization as Pathologist at the Airlangga University. She has many experiences in performing cytologic test, especially Pap test for early detection of cancer in females. Dr Susraini is the member of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University. Her contribution in the Center is needed to support some studies and medical services related to anti-aging medicine.

Dato Dr S Harnam is a Consultant Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Surgeon. He has held the post of Senior Otorhinolaryngologist in the Malaysian Government, Ministry of Health. In addition, he has been an Honorary Consultant and Advisor in the University Technology Malaysia, Hospital University Kebangsaan Malaysia and University Malaya Medical Centre. He is the Founder and Immediate-Past President of the Malaysian Society of Allergy and Immunology (MSAI) and Founder President of the Society for Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine Malaysia (SAAAMM). He is a Board Certified Physician (ABAAM) and also on several Advisory Boards in Anti-Aging Medicine. He has presented lectures at many international conferences, and locally.

Dr. Janethy Balakrishnan did her first post-graduate degree in Health Care management. Over the past years, she traveled extensively learning from the world experts in both internal and aesthetic medicine and subsequently became a Board Certified Anti Aging Physician. Besides running her own practice, she is also an invited speaker in the region and conducts aesthetic workshops in her clinic as she enjoys sharing her passion and experiences. To meet the demands of her patients, she was compelled to pursue aesthetics medicine. In the course of her practice in this medical specialty, she has researched that it is of utmost importance that doctor’s advocate internal anti aging medicine on aesthetic patients for enhancement and lasting results. She co-founded the aesthetic medicine component in SAAAMM.

 
 
 
Atchima Suwanchinda, M.D.

Dr. Atchima Suwanchinda received her Master Degree in Dermatology from Boston University School of Medicine, Massachusetts, USA in 1994. She is also an American board-certified physician who expertised in laser surgery in dermatology including cosmetic dermatology and Mohs’ surgery. Her extensive experiences are in aesthetic treatments particularly on Asians. She is currently teaching in a University Hospital and known internationally as a speaker on the subjects of ablative laser resurfacing and other laser applications on Asians. She is a keynote speaker and course director in many courses and congresses. She also actively involves in the International Training Center of Laser Therapy for Asians in Ramathibodi Hospital in Bangkok for more than 10 years. She has been recognized as a leader in the area of anti-aging medicine and recently a founder of Medisci, a leading frontier of scientific institute of Anti-aging & Aesthetic Medicine in Thailand.

Dr. Ruxiang Wang received his Ph.D. from Utrecht University, Netherlands. He studied Immunology and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Liaoning Traditional Medicine University for his master degree 15 years ago and has been working in the field of evaluating effect of TCM on immunity system. Dr. Ruxiang Wang has published two books and several articles. He was awarded two Science and Technology Progression Prizes from Liaoning Province government, China. He has been conferred the title of Excellent Scientist by Shenyang Municipal Government, China.

Dr. Matsuyama received a medical degree from Kyorin University of Medicine, and earned post graduate training from Keio University School of Medicine, Japan. Dr. Matsuyama is the president of Study Group of Rejuvenation Treatment in Japan, vice president at Matsuyama Hospital, Director of Anti-Aging Medicine, Medical Corporation Kikyougahara Hospital; a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, member of Japan Medical Association, Japanese Society of Menopausal Medicine, Japan Society of Oriental Medicine, Japanese Society of Sports Medicine, and received board certification in Sports Medicine, Aesthetic Surgery, Pathology, and SPA Rehabilitation. Dr. Matsuyama was president of Aoyama Clinic and Vice President, Department of Aesthetic Medicine, medical corporation Keiyuu-Kai from 1999 to 2000, president of Medical Corporation Ishinkai & Kyoto health care institute from 1992-1998, and lectured at Keio University School of Medicine, Department of Pathology.

Dr. Ku received his Medical Degree in 1991 from Seoul National University Medical School in Seoul, South Korea. He has also received a Masters and Ph.D. from Seoul National University Postgraduate School. Dr. Ku continued his education with a university Postgraduate School. Dr. Ku continued his education with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Ku is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Seoul National Univeristy, College of Medicine. He also serves as Korean Representative to A4M International Advisory Board and is Director of International Affairs to the Korean Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
