Dr Robert M Goldman MD, PhD, DO, FAASP, ABAARM
Chairman, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
 

Dr. Robert Goldman is the co-founder and Chairman of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). He has served as Senior Fellow-Lincoln Filene Center, Tufts University, and as an Affiliate-Philosophy of Education Research Center, Graduate School of Education, Harvard University. He is Professor, Department of Internal Medicine at the Central America Health Sciences University of Medicine (Belize). He also holds an appointment as Professor, Postgraduate Studies at Graduate School of Medicine at Swinbourne University (Australia). Dr. Goldman is a Fellow of the American Academy of Sports Physicians and a Board Diplomat in Sports Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Goldman conducted three years of independent research in steroid biochemistry and attended State University of New York. His PhD work was in the field of androgenic anabolic steroid biochemistry. Dr. Goldman co-founded and serves as Chairman of the Board of Life Science Holdings; a biomedical research company with over 100 medical patents under development in the areas of brain resuscitation, trauma and emergency medicine, organ transplant and blood preservation technologies; chairman of the International Medical Commission overseeing sports medicine committees in over 170 nations; served as Special Advisor to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness and Sports; founded and served as president of the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

 
 
 
Dr Ronald M Klatz, MD, PhD, ABAARM

Dr. Ronald Klatz, who coined the term "anti-aging medicine," is recognized as a leading authority in the new clinical science of anti-aging medicine. Since 1981, Dr. Klatz has been integral in the pioneering exploration of new therapies for the treatment and prevention of age-related degenerative diseases. He is the physician founder and President of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine Inc. ("A4M"), a non-profit medical organization dedicated to the advancement of technology to detect, prevent, and treat aging related disease and to promote research into methods to retard and optimize the human aging process. As a world-renowned expert in anti-aging medicine, Dr. Klatz is a popular lecturer at A4M sponsored/co-supported events in anti-aging medicine. Member of German Gynecology and Obstetrics Association; German Association of Psychosomatics in Gynecology and Obstetrics; German Association of Psychotherapists; Endocrine Society (USA) and European Menopause Society. After completing military service in Munich and on the island of Sylt, Michael Klentze commence studying medicine at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität in Munich in 1969, . He began his training as a specialist in neurochemistry in Munich, then moved to Göttingen and Traunstein to specialize in gynecology. After qualifying, he took over a panel doctor's practice in Reutlingen and remained as its director for 11 years. During this period Klentze completed his doctorate "cum laude“ at Tübingen Urological Clinic on the subject of "Urethral Syndrome". He completed a course in depth psychology-oriented and analytically oriented psychotherapy under Prof. Henseler at the Tübingen University Institute of Psychoanalysis. During these years, Klentze's main fields of activity were endocrinology, fertility medicine, psychosomatics and preventative medicine. Klentze continued to expand his areas of specialization by training in natural healing in Bad Wörishofen. His in-depth studies of the effects and functions of vitamins, antioxidants and plant substances, coupled with his extensive experience in applied endocrinology, environmental medicine, nutritional and sports medícine, inspired Klentze to begin developing his own personal holistically oriented healing methods and specializing in the prevention of aging processes and the treatment of the menopause in men and women. In 1998 he founded the Institute for Anti-Aging Medicine in Ismaning near Munich, and today acts as its Director in addition to operating his own practice. After forming early contacts in the field of anti-aging medicine in the US, Klentze studied the subject there and passed the Board Examinations of Harvard Medical School and Tuft University with distinction in December 2000. Since December 2000 he has been an official Member of the US Medical Council of Aging Research, including a teaching position, and has held the position of Representative of the Vienna-based European Council of Anti – Aging Medicine on the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. Specialist Fields: Molecular biological and biochemical foundations of the aging process, endocrinology, prevention of age-related illnesses, molecular genetics, internal medicine, sports medicine, nutritional medicine, stress intervention. He is a renown authors, lecturers, speakers in various media due to his progressive, eye-opening scientific presentations and teachings. Prof Wimpie Pangkahila, MD, PhD, SpAnd, FAACS
 

Professor and Head Department of Andrology and Sexology at the Medical Faculty Udayana University, Bali, Indonesia. He is also the Chairman of Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine and Master Program in Anti-Aging Medicine at the same institution. As an Andrologist Dr Pangkahila has much experience in Hormonal Replacement Therapy. Therefore it is very easy for him to involve in the development of Anti-Aging Medicine. He developed Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine at the Medical Faculty Udayana University. Later he also developed Master Program in Anti-Aging Medicine which is a new post-graduate program in the world. He has performed many studies on sexuality and reproductive health, including clinical trials. His idea on the basic science of Anti-Aging Medicine has been performed in researches by his Master Program students. He is recognized as a speaker for scientific society and also for public forum. 15 books on sexuality and 1 book of Anti-Aging Medicine have been published. In International Encyclopedia of Sexuality, he is one of the contributors. He also hold column on sexuality in mass media, and is a source on TV talk show program on sexuality. Dr Pangkahila is also active in professional organizations as the Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Sexology, Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Association of Andrologist, and vice Chairman of the Indonesian Society of Anti-Aging Medicine. Having a special interest in Facial Cosmetic Surgery, Dr Zacharia pursued this by performing a fellowship in 1997 in Beverly Hills with Dr Harry Glassman and attending with other Plastic and Facial Plastic surgeons (Dr Frank Kamer and Dr Steve Hoefflin). At present his practice consists of mostly facial plastic surgery. He perform all facial cosmetic procedures including Rhinoplasty, Blepharoplasty, Otoplasty, Rhytidectomy, Endoscopic Browlift and Midfacelift and a wide variety of facial implant/injection procedures. He also performs Body Liposuction and Breast Augmentation procedures. Dr Zacharia's desire is to perform all aspects of facial reconstructive work, including post-traumatic and congenital deformities. Dr Bill Anton is a consultant at PathLab (Australia) as a clinical & nutritional biochemist. As a non-clinical endocrinologist (scientist), he has researched and developed reference ranges for hormones in serum, urine and saliva based on gender and age groups for physiological and supplemented levels relative to anti-aging medicine protocols. He has been instrumental in establishing a number of test panels and profiles for Integrative and Anti-Ageing Medicine. He was a Senior Lecturer and Consultant in Integrative Medicine and the coordinator of the course in Anti-Ageing Medicine at Swinburne University, Graduate School of Medicine, and where he was also involved in Research on Anti-Aging Medicine as part of a PhD. Dr Bill Anton is the Medical Research Director of LifeSource Anti-Aging Clinics in Melbourne and Sydney and has been practicing anti-aging medicine for over 10 years. Dr Michael Elstein is a physician practising at the Sanctuary of Health Medispa in Baulkham Hills, Sydney, Australia. His areas of specialty include anti-ageing medicine, allergy testing, counselling and psychotherapy, nutritional and dietary therapy, sexual health, and weight-loss. Dr Michael Elstein is one of Australia’s premier Anti-ageing experts. He is the clinical director of the first Anti-ageing programme to be instituted in Sydney, Australia and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-ageing Medicine. Dr Selvaraj Y Subramaniam, an anti-aging and sports doctor currently practising at a lovely beach resort in Malaysia and a former Director of a Government Hospital and has received numerous outstanding awards for service. He graduated from University Sciences of Malaysia (USM), 19 years ago and was the Association of the Commonwealth Universities (ACU), UK, Scholar. He has his post graduate memberships from the Faculty of Sports and Exercise Medicine, UK and Ireland, and is also board certified from the American Board of Anti Aging Medicine. Dr. Anandan Subramaniam received his medical degree from the University of Madras, India and is a Board Certified Anti Aging Physician. He is a practicing Anti Aging Physician with special interest in Dermatology. His clinical experience in ANTI AGING REGENERATIVE MEDICINE includes obesity management in overt diabetics, hormone management as part of antiaging therapeutics and management of smoking cessation. He is a regular speaker in public forums on topics related to Anti Aging Medicine. He is also a key opinion leader in the panel of leading experts in allergic disorders for Schering Plough Malaysia. Prof Alex Pangkahila graduated as MD from the Medical Faculty Udayana University. He continued his Master Degree in Andrology and Sexology in the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. He is a Diplomat of American Board of Sexology. His PhD degree was completed in the Airlangga University with a dissertation about physical fitness training and sexual fitness. Prof Alex Pangkahila had a special course on physical training and sex counseling in La Trobe University Australia and Pelvic training and Perrymetry in San Francisco. He is the member of some professional organizations; among others are Indonesian Association of Sexology, Indonesian Association of Andrologist, and Indonesian Association of Sport Medicine. Dr. Ku received his Medical Degree in 1991 from Seoul National University Medical School in Seoul, South Korea. Dr. Ku continued his education with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Ku is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of OB/GYN at Seoul National Univeristy, College of Medicine. He also serves as Korean Representative to A4M International Advisory Board and is Director of International Affairs to the Korean Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Ruxiang Wang received his Ph.D. from Utrecht University, Netherlands. He studied Immunology and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in Liaoning Traditional Medicine University for his master degree 15 years ago and has been working in the field of evaluating effect of TCM on immunity system. Dr. Ruxiang Wang has published two books and several articles. He was awarded two Science and Technology Progression Prizes from Liaoning Province government, China. Dr Anongnuth Chiangpradit, MD, MBA, ABAARM
Medical Director, Vitallife Wellness Center at Bumrungrad Hospital, Thailand
 

Dr. Anongnuth Chiangpradit received her M.D. from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand and her MBA from Stanford University. Dr. Chiangpradit is a pioneer of anti-aging in Thailand. She co-founded the Thai Anti-Aging Medicine Association (TAAMA) and has organized the Bangkok Conference on Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Chiangpradit has collaborated on several research projects on antioxidant levels, antioxidant therapies and hormonal levels in Thais. She used this information to establish treatment protocols for Thais and other Asians. Dr. Chiangpradit is the Medical Director and co-founder of Vitallife Wellness Center the first anti-aging center in Thailand.

 
 
 
Dr Gde Ngurah Indraguna Pinatih, MSc, Akp.
 

Completed MD at the Medical Faculty Udayana University and accomplished his master degree on human nutrition in London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicines, University of London. He is now a lecturer and researcher at the same Faculty. He teaches Human Nutrition in the School of Public Health. He is also working voluntarily in East Bali Poverty Project as a consultant on nutrition and health. He involved in a research majoring in Iodine Deficiency, Mother and Child Health sponsored by The Ministry of Health either in the Province of Bali and National Indonesia, UNICEF, Asian Development Bank.

 
 
 
Dr AAAN Susraini, SpPA
 

Dr AAAN Susraini graduated from Medical Faculty Udayana University and continued her specialization as Pathologist at the Airlangga University. She has many experiences in performing cytologic test, especially Pap test for early detection of cancer in females. Dr Susraini is the member of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University. Her contribution in the Center is needed to support some studies and medical services related to anti-aging medicine.

 
 
 
Dr Desak Wihandini, MD, MSc
 

A lecturer and researcher in Biochemistry and Bimolecular, staff of the Medical Faculty Udayana University. MD graduate from Medical Faculty Udayana University. Completed her Master degree in Biomolecular Science from the Gajah Mada University. Dr Wihandini involved in many scientific meeting and studies. She is a member of the Indonesian Society for Free Radical Research and the Indonesian Molecular Biology and Biochemistry Association. She is also a member of the Center of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University. She currently performs a research to compare total antioxidant level in the local Bali grape consumption and import grape consumption.

 
 
 
Prof Dr Ketut Suastika, MD, SpPD-KEMD
 

A senior staff in Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Internal Medicine, Udayana University – Sanglah Hospital, Denpasar, Bali. Graduate as MD from Udayana University in 1980, then continuing internship on internal medicine at Airlangga University, Surabaya from 1986-1988. In 1997 was brevetted as Consultant Endocrinologist by Internal Medicine Society, completed PhD program in 2000 at Airlangga University. Also attended short courses on Genetic of Diabetes at Yamaguchi University in 1992, and on Obesity in 2002 at Adelaide Hospital. Are now a professor of medicine since 2002, chair of Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism since 2005, Head of Department of Internal Medicine (from 2002-2006), and Vice-Dean I (for education) since 2006. He has presented hundreds reviews on scientific meetings and publications.

 
 
 
Dr Anak Agung Gde Putra Wiraguna, SpKK
 

Dr Wiraguna is a Medical Doctor, graduate of the Medical Faculty Udayana University. He achieved his specialist degree as a Dermatologist and Venereologist in Gadjah Mada University. As he returned to Bali, he works at Department of Dermatology and Venereology Faculty of Medicine Udayana University until now. His primary interests are in cosmetic dermatology and cosmetic surgery, skin aging and sexually transmitted infection. Dr Wiraguna is a Member of the Indonesian Society of Dermatology and Venereology (PERDOSKI). He is the Secretary of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University.

 
 
 
Dr Thomas Eko Purwata, SpS (K)
 

Dr Purwata is a neurologist and Neurophysiology and Neuromuscular consultant. He graduated from Udayana University as a medical doctor, and achieved his specialization at the Airlangga University. His special interests are anti-aging, pain management, and stroke. Dr Purwata publishes regularly in the medical journals. He currently heads the neurophysiology section of Neurology Department Medical Faculty Udayana University and Sanglah Hospital. He is also a member of the Center for Study of Anti-Aging Medicine Medical Faculty Udayana University.

Dr Karkata is an Obstetrician and Gynecologist, feto-maternal consultant. He is a senior staff of Medical Faculty Udayana University. He graduated as MD from Medical Faculty Udayana University then continued to study Obstetry and Gynecology at the Airlangga University. Dr Karkata had an opportunity to take a course at the John Hopkins Hospital, USA. He has performed some studies and clinical works in this field. He is also active in professional organization, among others are Indonesian Medical Association, Indonesian Obstetrician and Gynecologist, and Indonesian Association for Secure Contraception.
