The Asia Anti Aging (AAA) maintains user databases that contain mailing, billing, and member profile information, as well as a record of each user's registrations for conferences. The information in these databases is used by authorized officers and board delegated organization staff to process registrations; mail invoices, renewal notices, and announcements; and respond to user inquiries. User records are maintained as long as an individual is an AAA user and for at least three years following a membership lapse. Registration databases may be retained for up to three years.

AAA uses "contact us" forms as a way to establish and maintain relationships with Customers, potential customers and AAA users. AAA also uses email links located on various pages of the AAA Web site to allow you to contact AAA with questions or comments you may have. AAA welcomes these email communications and makes efforts to respond to these communications where appropriate. Email communications and the ideas sent to AAA in these email communications become the property of AAA.

AAA uses the email communications to evaluate and improve its services and Web site. AAA also may save these email communications as an archive to address user questions and concerns, for auditing purposes and to ensure privacy compliance with third-party Internet Service Providers.

AAA does not share personal information except with accredited service partners or suppliers who assist in providing products and services associated with AAA sites, or if required to do so by law. Other than as set out above AAA will not reveal, disclose, sell, distribute, rent, license, share or pass on personal information to any third parties.

Use and Protection of User Information
By becoming an AAA user, you consent to AAA employing the foregoing techniques in its continuing efforts to better serve its users by providing them with the information in which they may be most interested.

AAA undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of User-Provided Information and will never knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside AAA other than to the AAA User or as described in this Privacy Policy. AAA uses technology to preserve the anonymity of AAA Users while matching Users' interests with targeted information sent via email. AAA has made a substantial investment in its server, database, backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the AAA, including the confidentiality of User-Provided Information. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated security architecture and protocol.

Unfortunately, neither the AAA Network nor data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect AAA User-Provided Information, AAA cannot ensure or warrant the security of User-Provided Information. Thus, any information a User transmits to us is done so at the User's own risk. Once we receive the User-Provided Information, AAA undertakes substantial efforts to protect the confidentiality of this information consistent with this Policy.
