The third conference was held in Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, still in the prestigious part of Bali, the Nusa Dua Resort Complex. A venue with an integrated arrangement of ethnic portals, magnificent buildings and 'bale-bale' - outdoor meeting places where the king communed with his subjects, interlinked by a mature garden, lagoons and secret covered passages.
